Incubation Unit
ENSA Marrakech through its training (insertion in the new syllabus of entrepreneurship in the management modules) and its extracurricular activities opens students to the ability to undertake which is today a national issue. But the needs expressed by the students and our potential professorial training affirm a desire to go further to contribute to a strong identity of the engineer entrepreneur ENSA Marrakech.
The creation of a cell dedicated to entrepreneurship and pre-incubation is the guarantee of the capitalization of the different experiences and the encouragement of young people to try the entrepreneurial adventure.
Objectives:
- Raising awareness among engineering students about business creation;
- Entrepreneurship training and organization of workshops;
- Support for students in competitions and identification of project leaders for pre-incubation;
- Connecting students with entrepreneurship stakeholders;
- Proposal and contribution to the formalization of partnerships that will strengthen skills for entrepreneurship.
Activities:
- Conferences on entrepreneurship to foster the entrepreneurial spirit among young people;
- Testimonies from Alumni engineers to promote entrepreneurial culture;
- Round tables through “learning by doing” to learn how to create your own business;
- Support for participation in entrepreneurship and innovation competitions;
- Help and support to express ideas and support entrepreneurial, original or civic initiatives of students.

Listening Unit
ENSA Marrakech has set up a listening and support unit for students in difficulty.
This unit will be a place where you can come and talk freely about your difficulties in order to help you find solutions.
Its mission is to welcome you with all the respect you deserve, to listen to you with kindness and to accompany you on a path of awakening and awareness while respecting absolute confidentiality.
The unit aims to help the student in his relationships with his environment, to take a different look at himself and to bring out his potential again.
